  • Condition – Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Process – Initiate your return by contacting our support team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
  • Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage
